This policy also explains how Outsell uses, discloses, and safeguards your information to meet the company’s data privacy and security standards and to comply with the law.
Outsell feels that if visitors would like a private online experience, then they are entitled to one. Outsell’s Site allows customers and visitors to remain anonymous as further described below in the Anonymity section, or opt-out of any contact when requested by an agent. Outsell respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information we hold about you.
By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by Company in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We reserve to make changes to our privacy policy at any time for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this policy. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any such revisions. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current privacy policy. Your rights
It is important for you to understand and be able to exercise your ‘data rights’; in particular, your right to not have personal information used for direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident, you may have additional privacy rights such as right to request disclosure of the categories of information collected, the purposes for which that information is collected, and the types of third parties receiving access to your information.
Consumers have the right to request Outsell to erase your personal data, under certain conditions and obtain information relating to any sharing of information with third parties.
Consumers have the right to request Outsell to transfer personally identifiable information that we have collected about you. We may disclose and deliver this information within 45 working days of receiving a verifiable request, free of charge. We may withhold such personal information to the extent permitted by law.
Under the CCPA, Outsell shall not discriminate against any users who exercise their rights. However, it can offer different prices or rates or different levels of quality of products and/or services if it is reasonably related to the value provided to you by your personally identifiable information.
Outsell will not sell your Personally Identifiable Information to any company, organization or third-party. We do not share, sell, rent or trade Personally Identifiable Information with third-parties for their promotional purposes. Outsell utilizes great care in keeping customer information secure and private.
Email Marketing & Consent
If you receive any mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this email address directly with us or with the Dealer for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with the Dealer. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.
If you believe you have received unwanted, unsolicited email, there is an automated way for you to cease receiving email from us. If you wish to do this, simply follow the “Unsubscribe” instructions at the end of any email. This will automatically unsubscribe you from all future email communications generated from Program on behalf of the dealer. Though we provide a list of unsubscribed email addresses to the Dealer, we cannot guarantee that the Dealer will remove your email address from their other internal email databases in a timely manner. If you continue to receive unwanted emails from the Dealer after you unsubscribe from a Program communication, please contact the dealer directly by visiting the Dealer’s website.
How do we use your Information?
Outsell may ask for and use certain Personally Identifiable information about visitors and consumers to help automotive brands market more effectively to consumers and allow consumers to receive communications tailored to their needs and interests thus providing them with more personal experience on the Site.
Outsell uses your Personally Identifiable Information to register you to use Outsell’s services, contact you to deliver certain services or information you may have requested, verify your authority to enter into certain areas of the Site, improve the content and general administration of the Site and our services, provide you with notices regarding our services, and, with permission, provide visitors with updates and information about Outsell and its services.
The Site may track information that will be maintained, used and disclosed in aggregate form, for example, External Websites linked to, and IP addresses. Outsell may analyze this data for trends and statistics in the aggregate, and we may use such aggregate information to administer the Site, track users’ movement, and gather demographic information for aggregate use.
The personal data collected on the Site is intended exclusively for Outsell’s use and will not be transmitted to third-parties under any circumstances, with the exception that Outsell may pass this information on to some of its partners where appropriate, in the context of jointly developed services.
Cookies
Outsell employs cookies in order for its server to recognize a return visitor as a unique user. Cookies are small text files placed in the ‘Cookies’ folder on a visitor’s hard disk and allow Outsell to remember the visitor. The cookies placed by Outsell server are readable only to Outsell, and cookies cannot access, read or modify any other data on a computer. All web-browsers offer the option to refuse any cookie. If a visitor refuses the Outsell cookie, Outsell does not gather any information on that visitor, but doing so will require you to re-enter certain information at each visit, or prevent us from customizing the Site’s features according to your preferences. You may also delete a cookie manually from your hard drive. Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information. We do link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our Site.
Web Beacons
Some Outsell and customer hosted websites may also use “Web beacon” technologies. When a visitor accesses pages on the Outsell or a customer’s website with a Web beacon, an anonymous notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by us or by our vendors. These Web beacons work in conjunction with cookies to let us know what portions of our Site are of interest to our visitors and to help us provide you with tailored information from our website. If you turn off cookies, Web beacon technologies will still detect anonymous information or personally identifiable information and are disregarded.
Log file information
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile device each time you access Outsell’s Services. When you use our Services, our servers automatically record certain log file information. These server logs may include anonymous information such as your web request, device type, operating system type, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, mobile device identifier provided by your mobile device operating system, browser type, domain name, pages viewed, referring / exit pages and URLs, open and click engagement thus showing us how you interact with links on the Services, as well as the language your system uses and the country and time zone where your device is located.
Links to other web sites
The Emails may include links to other Web Sites, such as the web site for any individual dealer. These web sites are not under our control. Such other web sites do not necessarily follow our Privacy Policy and may place their own cookies on your device. This practice is standard on the Web, and we do not control cookies or Web beacons that may be placed on your device. These web sites may have their own privacy and information security policy and terms and conditions. Visitors should consult the Dealer’s privacy notices as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, the Dealer.
Data Sharing and usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law, pursuant to a subpoena, to protect our rights, or in the event of the sale of our business. Information submitted to us is only available to personnel managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and for providing services relating to our communications with you.
How do we protect your privacy?

We may retain personal data, for a limited period of time, if requested by law enforcement. Our customer service department may retain information for as long as is necessary to provide support-related reporting and trend analysis only.

If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us at info@outsell.com
