Automobile Dealers can embed Contact At Once! Chat Links and Reporting

Outsell announced today the release of Outsell Connect for Contact At Once! integration. Outsell Connect enables automotive dealers to integrate 3rd party applications into Outsell Fuel – Outsell’s customer engagement platform – enabling richer customer intelligence, extending channel reach, and providing enhanced cross-channel reporting.

The first Connector released for Outsell Connect enables automobile dealers to embed Contact At Once! chat links into customer emails & campaign landing pages, and enjoy integrated Contact At Once! reporting via Outsell Fuel.

The Contact At Once! Chat Connect 360 platform gives automotive dealers the ability to directly engage with shoppers on their websites, third party sites, on social media and via online advertising/mobile ads. The platform offers both self- and managed- service options and is mobile-optimized for use by customers on-the-go. Contact At Once! is the software company that pioneered mobile text and live chat in online advertising, and currently services the Live Chat needs of over 13,000 automotive dealers, the world’s busiest automotive classified sites as well as multiple automotive manufacturers. In 2014, they will manage more than 6 million dealer conversations initiated by car shoppers.
