True Story Tour
Launched in September 2012, True Story Tour remains for 3 months in the hometown of each family to raise awareness and the donations needed for that child to live out the dream of their choice! Outsell is doing our part to make those dreams come true.
True Story Tour is currently moving between Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, and Chicago raising money for a very special 10 year old boy. Jacob, who is now 10, developed Guillain-Barre syndrome in 2008. Within a matter of hours, he went from being an active 6-year-old to being paralyzed and on a ventilator.
“Guillian-Barre syndrome, according to the Mayo Clinic, is a disorder in which the body’s immune system attacks the nerves. Jacob spent more than 100 days in the intensive care unit at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He needed 24-hour care at home and has undergone numerous surgeries.”
Jacob’s dream is to have an exercise/game room installed in his house. True Story Tour and its supporters are raising funds to make this dream a reality!
