Star Tribune Names Outsell a 2022 Top 200 Workplace

Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction.

Minneapolis, Minn. – June 20, 2022 – Outsell, which offers the only AI Customer Data and Engagement Platform for the automotive industry, has once again been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune.

“We are proud to be recognized as a top workplace in Minnesota for yet another year, but that it comes from our Associates nominating us is the true accomplishment,” said Mike Wethington, Founder & CEO at Outsell. “At Outsell, we always operate on the idea of Customer First, but that starts internally, thinking of our Associates as Customers too. To be recognized for that is the greatest sign of success.”

The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. The analysis included responses from over 79,000 employees at Minnesota public, private, and nonprofit organizations.

Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. Klingensmith said, “The companies in the Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”

Over 4,000 companies were invited to participate in this year’s Star Tribune Top Workplaces. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on employee responses. A complete list of those selected is available at StarTribune.com/topworkplaces2022 and was also published in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces special section on Sunday, June 19.
