Outsell Continues on a Steady Growth Track in 2013
Q1 2013 Highlights: Honored with Industry Awards and Key Senior Executives Join Outsell Management Team
Outsell announced today that it continues on a path of steady growth for 2013. The company announced in Q1 2013 enhancements to its Digital Engagement Platform, the appointment of key senior executives, and the winning of numerous product awards.
“We’re kicking off 2013 with excellent momentum and revenues on the rise,” said Mike Wethington, CEO of Outsell. “I’m extremely proud that two veteran marketing executives joined the Outsell team and am excited about the expertise that they will bring to our brand. We continue to grow and build out our product in ways that keep the auto industry marketers competitive and ahead of the curve.”
Major highlights for Q1 2013 included:
• Platform upgrades and innovation – Outsell announced significant upgrades to its award-winning Digital Engagement Platform Version 3.5 including an updated content catalog interface and a new array of email marketing campaigns. These new platform enhancements allow marketers in the auto industry to achieve maximum impact by managing content seamlessly across screens and channels. The new content catalog includes mobile and social campaigns allowing automotive marketers to tie its brand presence together seamlessly across all screens and tiers. An additional layer of flexibility has also been added with filtering capabilities that will allow a user to choose a set of campaigns based on audience needs and profit centers.
• New hires join management team to accommodate business growth – Outsell added new Board Member Patrick O’Halloran, Chairman, O’Halloran Enterprises and hired Dan Smith, Vice President of Product. O’Halloran’s expertise in marketing campaigns in a SaaS environment along with his deep CRM knowledge from twenty plus years at Accenture gives him tremendous insight to help Outsell grow its business, further develop its Digital Engagement Platform and broaden its customer base. Smith is responsible for ensuring that Outsell continues to lead the market with its award-winning Digital Engagement Platform for brands with distributed sales channels. Smith will also play a critical role in driving the ongoing evolution of Outsell’s easy-to-use tools, programs and analytic insights leading brands and their dealers depend upon to effectively engage consumers and drive incremental sales.
• Company awards – Outsell’s solutions were presented earlier this year with four Stevie® Awards in four separate categories in the seventh annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Outsell’s Customer Interaction Center (CIC) at Outsell won a Gold Stevie in the category Contact Center of the Year. Outsell’s Digital Engagement Platform Version 3.0 won a Silver Stevie in the category New Version of a Marketing Solution. Outsell’s Customer Centric Sales Solution won a Bronze Stevie in the category Innovation in Customer Service. Additionally, Outsell’s Customer Interaction Center’s Use of Online Chat Software Solution and Proactive Chat also won a Bronze Stevie in the category Best Use of Technology in Customer Service.
“We continue to evaluate the market demands and our platform evolves accordingly to take the development of our SaaS solution to the next level,” added Wethington. “We are very excited for the outlook in 2013 and our role in supporting continued growth in the automotive industry and building on our relationships with our partner agencies.”
