For over two decades, Pam has served organizations in a variety of industries as a trusted and respected HR and OD Leader. She approaches organizational challenges with curiosity, a systems lens, and an insatiable drive to find optimal solutions, while fostering collaboration and creative problem solving. Pam earned a PhD in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Colorado State University and maintains certifications in change and transition management, mediation, and HR program evaluation.
