Outsell FC vs Sidewinders

Recap provided by Michael Tomiak from Campaign Operations:

Outsell FC had a thoroughly enjoyable game on the 29th (as well as looking dashing in their new jerseys this season). We worked really hard and it was a very close game, but alas the other team just managed to finish a few more shots than we did. It ended 5-10 to the Sidewinders.

Here is a breakdown of the game:
Sidewinders were playing very rough; Outsell FC did it’s best to tackle them without getting injured and the outcome was multiple free kicks. It can be said, however, that we are playing much better as a team now, which can be seen to some extent in the score-line.

This game was a tough one; Jorge Bernal-Delgado (from Outsell’s Customer Interaction Center) was deeply upset (see image below of an upset Jorge), but hopefully in the next game we will fly to victory! Let’s make Jorge happy again!

So overall, in the league phase, Outsell FC has won 2 games and lost 3 games and is at an overall goal difference of -1, which is not bad at all.

Everyone’s stamina levels have become much better and everyone agrees that this is a great way to keep fit in the winter. We now head into the playoffs, and have 3 playoff games starting 12/6! All support is more than welcome and will be warmly integrated as part of the team—literally. A lot of people carpool to the pitch, so feel free to contact any of us!

What is great about the team this season, is the consistency of turn out. Maybe it has something to do with the Happy Hour at Malone’s bar and grill that we go to after games (and helping ourselves to the Free Taco bar) but either way—great team spirit!
