We offer a money-back guarantee for our subscriptions. This guarantee can be suspended, modified or revoked at our sole discretion without prior notice to you.

  1. Money-Back Guarantee. At our option, we will, upon request, either refund or credit your subscription fees in the event of a performance failure in the initial 3-month subscription period. Outsell guarantees a minimum of 6 linked vehicle sales and 60 linked repair orders at the end of the initial 3-month subscription period when you have at least 5,000 valid email addresses in your database. (If you have less than 5,000, but more than 3,000, valid email addresses in your database, Outsell instead guarantees a minimum of 3 linked vehicle sales and 30 linked repair orders at the end of the initial 3-month subscription period). This money-back guarantee is your exclusive remedy in the event of a performance failure for the recovery of all or any portion of the Outsell charges. If the money-back guarantee is suspended, there is no remedy or recovery of charges for a performance failure. There are no commitments for subscriptions on which the money-back guarantee is suspended.
  2. Limitations. The following limitations apply:
    1. Credits for subscription fees will be applied to the payer’s account only, and refunds will be made payable to the payer only.
    2. Only one refund or credit is permitted per dealership. In the case of multiple dealerships within an ownership group, the money-back guarantee applies to each dealership where a performance failure has occurred.
  3. Exceptions. Outsell will not be obligated to refund or credit your subscription fees if we provide you with proof of performance; or
    1. You did not participate for at least 3 months;
    2. You did not, as determined by Outsell, have 3,000 or more customers with valid email addresses in your database;
    3. Your Outsell account was not in good credit standing, or payment instructions were invalid, and service delivery was delayed until payment arrangements were secured;
    4. The service was delayed due to DMS or CRM data extraction delays, including those caused by permanent, regular, or daily security procedures at the dealer’s location.
  4. Refund or Credit Requests. To qualify for a refund or credit due to a performance failure, you must notify us of the performance failure and request a refund or credit of your subscription fees in compliance with the conditions listed below. If you do not comply with these conditions, you are not entitled to receive a refund or credit and cannot recover compensation for a performance failure in any lawsuit.
    1. You may request a refund or credit of subscription fees due to a performance failure in the following ways:
      i.  Submit a request via email to DealerServices@Outsell.com
      ii. Submit a telephone request through Dealer Services @ 612.548.5337
    1. Your notification of a performance failure must include your dealership’s name;
    2. All requests for refund or credit of subscription fees must be received via one of the above methods within 20 calendar days from the end of the initial 3-month subscription period. If you also choose to cancel your subscription at that time, you will not be charged a subscription fee for the period between the end of the initial 3-month subscription period and the date of cancellation.
    3. Outsell will issue a credit within 30 calendar days.
