Outsell Recognized by Automotive Website Awards for Marketing Automation

For the fourth consecutive year, Outsell receives an AWA for excellence in Marketing Automation for auto dealers.

Outsell won the 2021 Automotive Website Award (AWA) in the Marketing Automation category in a special online event hosted by Brian Pasch on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. For the first time in its 13-year history the AWA awards were presented virtually.

“I want to congratulate the team at Outsell,” Brian Pasch, founder of PCG Companies said in Tuesday’s presentation. “Dealers who are looking for smart local marketing to connect with in-market customers, and to improve retention and grow market share, should check out the Outsell demo.”

Pasch is honored to recognize the efforts of many deserving companies who stand out in their areas of expertise and have proven to be thought leaders and innovators this past year. The vendor community fully embraced the challenges which retailers faced during COVID, creating more products and services to allow consumers to complete most of the car buying process online.

“We are honored to be recognized with this award,” said Mike Wethington, Chief Executive Officer at Outsell. “This is the fourth consecutive year we have received an AWA award and think it speaks to the consistency & innovation we’ve demonstrated in the industry.”

The Outsell Virtual Customer Engagement Platform creates lasting relationships with sales and service customers for auto dealers. The platform uses powerful artificial intelligence and industry-leading data to connect with customers personally, continually and automatically. Outsell has the only platform of its kind offered in the automotive industry.

“When you think about how much money is spent on acquiring customers and how little is spent on retaining them you can understand why Outsell is the perfect complement for a dealer who knows they’re doing a poor job of keeping in touch with their existing customers,” Brian Pasch said during the awards ceremony. “There is very little relevant communication that dealers send customers, except when their lease ends, which of course is why there’s so much turnover.”

The AWAs were created in 2008 to recognize the best vendors in automotive digital marketing. Since then, the AWAs have become a benchmark in the automotive industry for recognizing innovative products in digital retailing, marketing automation, sales process, dealer websites, online merchandising, fixed operations, social media, and more.
