Outsell Names Daniel Smith as Vice President of Product

Veteran Software Executive Brings Product Marketing and SaaS Expertise to Outsell to Lead Growth and Innovation for its Digital Engagement Platform

Outsell announced today that software marketing executive Daniel Smith has joined Outsell’s management team as Vice President of Product.

At Outsell, Dan is responsible for ensuring that Outsell continues to lead the market with its award-winning Digital Engagement Platform for brands with distributed sales channels. Dan will play a critical role in driving the ongoing evolution of Outsell’s easy-to-use tools, programs and analytic insights leading brands and their dealers depend upon to effectively engage consumers and drive incremental sales.

Prior to joining Outsell, Dan was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at ClickSquared, Inc. where he conceived and launched its Cross-Channel Marketing Hub and was instrumental in transitioning ClickSquared from a marketing services company to a software-as-a-service company. Before ClickSquared, Dan was Vice President of Channel Development at Unica Corporation, an IBM company, and prior to that was Chief Marketing Officer at MarketSoft Corporation. Dan has also held senior positions at Pegasystems, M&T Bank and JPMorgan Chase.
