Bissell will be leading interactive marketing campaigns with a focus on strategic integration and execution, with an emphasis on quality, performance and program expansion.

Brent Bissell has specialized in Strategic Planning, Database Marketing Campaigns and analysis, Research, and Consulting for a variety of clients in major B-to-C and B-to-B markets. He has special expertise in relationship marketing, multi-channel response campaigns, competitive intelligence analysis and benchmarking studies for consumer and business clients. He brings extensive experience in database marketing, customer segmentation and analysis, performance metrics, brand-building and marketplace stimulation to Outsell.

Brent has also served as a Finals Judge of the Direct Marketing Association's prestigious ECHO awards for eight years, and has been a keynote speaker and judged top direct marketing competitions in the US, Europe and Asia.
