Outsell's Internet BDC increased the number of total leads processed by 142% driving units sales to an impressive 209% increase over Q4 2006. Aside from the increase in leads, the rapid increase in sales can also be attributed to a higher appointment-to-sale close rate primarily driven by refinements to the Outsell BDC's "Hot Transfer" protocol. In Q1 Outsell refined the BDC Hot Transfer protocol to facilitate a smoother three-way conference between the Outsell agent, the dealer sales manager and the customer.
