Only 5.9% of car buyers have no interest in shopping online.

In the last year, there has been a 32% increase in the number of Internet shoppers who desire to complete price negotiations online before coming into the dealership to buy.

63% of Internet shoppers revealed an increased likelihood to purchase from dealers who have built a great online-to-showroom floor shopping experience. With a real-time interactive channel made up of Live Chat, phone and email support, dealers sell more cars.
