Company expands offering to support all automotive brands, announces a partnership with PEAK Performance, and gathers numerous business and industry awards

Outsell announces the close of a successful Q2.

The highlight of the second quarter was an announcement from Outsell that it was opening up its award-winning customer engagement platform to support dealers across virtually all OEMs. Outsell Fuel – a powerful mix of predictive analytics, ready-to-send campaigns, social media management and in-market buyer detection was previously only available to dealers representing a select set of nine manufacturers. The expansion was eagerly received in the dealer community, with the new offering accounting for over 20 percent of Outsell’s bookings for the quarter.

In Q2, Outsell also announced a significant partnership with PEAK Performance. The companies’ business partnership creates a comprehensive cross-channel offering that supports the entire customer lifecycle from initial sale to ongoing vehicle services, and leverages Outsell’s proprietary Neuromotics® analytic models that anticipate customer behavior and identify in-market shoppers. Dealers served by PEAK also enjoy the benefit of on-going consultations with PEAK’s national field force to identify growth opportunities and capture incremental performance improvements.

Over the quarter, Outsell again received recognition for its excellence in automotive marketing, collecting numerous industry awards:

  • Outsell, along with agency partner Saatchi & Saatchi, received three Silver 2015 Communicator Awards for the 2014 Toyota Highlander Launch campaign. The campaign won Silver for Excellence and Distinction in the following categories: Marketing Effectiveness – Integrated Campaign, Online Advertising & Marketing – Email Marketing and Online Advertising & Marketing – Microsite.
  • The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal selected Outsell as a 2015 Eureka! Award winner. Outsell was recognized for its one-of-a-kind buyer detection solution, Outsell BuyerScout®, and the tremendous value it provides to dealers across many top automotive brands.
  • Outsell, in conjunction with agency partner Saatchi & Saatchi, received a Silver Summit Creative Award for the 2014 Toyota Highlander Launch campaign in the Consumer Campaign Regional/National category.
  • Outsell was also presented with two Stevie® Awards at the 13th Annual American Business Awards in Chicago on June 22. Outsell BuyerScout received a Bronze Stevie Award in the Innovation of the Year – Business Products Industries category. Outsell and Saatchi & Saatchi also received a Silver Stevie Award for the 2014 Toyota Highlander vehicle launch campaign in the Automotive Marketing Campaign of the Year category.
