Mike Wethington – President, CEO & Board Member
Mike Wethington has a proven track record of building profitable, high growth businesses. Mike has a breadth of industry experience ranging from start-ups and emerging growth companies to large multinational corporations in the automotive, banking, computer, financial services, insurance, retail, and telecommunications industries. He is highly effective in evaluating talent to developing highly effective, rapid growth organizations.
In addition to leading Outsell, Mike is managing partner of SynetVentures, a Minneapolis-based venture capital firm focused on bringing proven business systems and a network of experienced professionals to take innovative business opportunities to the next level. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors of several emerging organizations and is a former Regent of St. John’s University.
Steve Farr – Corporate Vice President
A leading strategy and analytics expert, Steve Farr comes to Outsell from Wunderman Team Detroit where he was responsible for leading the Analytics and Optimization practice. In this role, Farr led a team of over 100 marketing professionals, assisting his Ford, Lincoln and Mercury clients in developing and optimizing marketing strategies that drive superior, measurable results across direct and digital marketing channels.
Prior to joining Wunderman, Steve was an Analytic Consultant for R.L Polk, where he developed data driven strategies for clients including Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, VW, Chrysler and Saturn. He has also served as a marketing and risk analyst for GE Capital Card Services in Cincinnati and as an International Market Analyst for Townsend & Bottum (a division of Black & Veatch, Inc.) in Ann Arbor, MI.
Richard Scheig – Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Richard is a seasoned sales & marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in the fields of technology and enterprise software. At Outsell, Richard is responsible for driving growth and innovation within our sales and marketing functions, and establishing Outsell as a market leader in the digital marketing space.
Prior to Outsell, Richard was a Corporate Vice President at Unica (an IBM Company) where he was responsible for all revenue generating activities in the Western Region of the United States, including the development of selling and field marketing strategies for some of largest and most strategic company wins including Cisco, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Hilton, Schwab, Thompson-Reuters, Visa, Best Buy and Guitar Center. Prior to Unica, Richard has also held leadership positions at MarketSoft and StreamPoint Financial.
Bryan Harwood – Chief Technology Officer
Bryan Harwood is an innovative technology leader with a depth of experience building out data and transaction processing systems on a massive scale for global enterprises. At Outsell, Bryan leads the Development and Infrastructure team focusing on the development and scaling of the Outsell Digital Engagement Platform.
Bryan began his career as an IT Architect at IBM Global Services working with clients on large implementation projects. Following IBM, he was Lead Architect at Sun Microsystems, architecting a global e-commerce and content management solution for a top e-learning company. He then moved to the role of Fellow & Chief Architect at Galileo/Travelport, building out the first web services platform for the travel industry which allowed travel sites like Orbitz, Cheaptickets and Expedia to integrate their systems seamlessly. The building of this next-generation Global Distribution System (GDS) was a revolutionary project in the travel industry.
Matt Hanley – Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Matt has over ten years experience in accounting and finance management. As a member of the Outsell management team he is responsible for leading the Accounting, Finance, HR and IT functions. During his five year tenure at Outsell Matt has applied his strong background in business analysis, planning and corporate problem solving to areas including pricing, contract negotiation, and strategic planning.
Prior to Outsell, Matt has worked with several large national and multinational corporations including TDS Telecom & Hanley Companies. Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin.

Fred Senn – Founding Partner, Fallon Worldwide
Fred Senn is one of the founding partners of Fallon Worldwide, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. Founded in 1981, Fallon was twice named by Advertising Age as Agency of the Year. Known for their creativity, their client portfolio has included blue chip brands like BMW, Porsche, Holiday Inn, Sony, United Airlines, Citibank, Time Magazine, and the Wall Street Journal.
In 2006, to mark the 25th anniversary of the firm they founded together, Fred teamed with his partner, Pat Fallon, to write ‘Juicing the Orange’, a book about applied creativity to business problem-solving, published by Harvard Business School Press. Today, Fred’s role is less involved with account management and more involved with talent development. In this capacity, he is the Chief Learning Officer, runs Fallon University, and guest lectures at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Fred is also very involved in local business and nonprofit organizations, and has directed the successful advertising efforts of the Minnesota Business Partnership, the Minnesota Department of Tourism, as well as two gubernatorial campaigns. He is also involved as an adviser or board member to several national children’s organizations.
Judson Bemis, Jr. – Founder & Principal, Clere Consulting
Judson Bemis, Jr. has a history of working with large companies such as Tandem, NCS, Tricord Systems, Hitachi, Computer Science Corporation (CSC) and others. In 1998, Judson lead the development of online chat applications that allowed customers to be directly connected to a company’s customer or sales people.
In 2000 he helped create the next in a series of products for e-commerce by bringing to market an artificial intelligence text recognition product. Judson is currently a founder and principal with Clere Consulting. Clere Consulting guides individuals and families towards long-term independence from addictions. Judson has served as the Vice President of New Business development for the Hazelden Foundation and on the for profit boards of Teknowledgy, Inc. and Imaging Institute, Inc.
He has also served on the non-profit boards of Theatre de la Jeune Lune, The Minnesota Orchestral Association, The Guthrie Theater Foundation and Theatre Communications Group (in NYC).
Steve Gill – Board Chairman & President, Talenti Gelato
Steve Gill is a proven business executive with a unique capacity to identify large market niches in which to scale consumer products, turning them into global brands. He is currently the Chairman and President of Dallas based Talenti Gelato. Talenti is Mr. Gill’s latest business venture, introducing a super premium gelato.
Talenti is already one of the top 3 brands, successfully competing with other premium ice cream brands in the premium grocery channel. Prior to Talenti, Steve was a Co-Founder and President of Minneapolis based Millennium Import Company from 1993 to 2005 working as a partner with the Edward J. Phillips Family of Minneapolis.
At Millennium, Mr. Gill was responsible for the creation and development of the luxury vodka category with the introduction of Belvedere Vodka in 1995. Millennium was sold to French luxury-goods giant Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) in 2005.
