Mike Wethington – President and CEO
Mike Wethington has a proven track record of building profitable, high growth businesses. He is highly effective in evaluating talent to develop strong sales organizations and in executing repeatable sales processes to ensure revenue growth. Mike has a breadth of industry experience ranging from start-ups and emerging growth companies to large multinational corporations in the automotive, banking, computer, financial services, insurance, retail, and telecommunications industries. In addition to leading Outsell, Mike is managing partner of SynetVentures, a Minneapolis-based venture capital firm focused on bringing proven business systems and a network of experienced professionals to take innovative business opportunities to the next level. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors of several emerging organizations and is a Regent of St. John’s University.


Bart Greenwood – COO
Bart Greenwood has a breadth of expertise in developing business strategies and executing operational processes to create profitable, high growth organizations. Bart has held a variety of leadership positions in industries experiencing rapid change and consolidation. He was COO of Synet Service Corporation, an Information Technology professional services firm with an
average growth rate of over 70% that was acquired for over $40 million in 2001. Prior to joining Synet, Bart served as Vice President of Network Services and Vice President of IT Acquisitions at Wells Fargo/Norwest Corporation, a leading financial service organization. At Honeywell, Bart participated in acquisitions, strategic planning, and was CFO of a European-based venture company. Currently Bart is also a managing partner of SynetVentures.


Tim Copacia – Executive Vice President of Customer Experience & Strategic Partnerships
A seasoned agency leader with 27 years of automotive agency experience, Tim Copacia comes to Outsell from Wunderman-Team Detroit; a WPP agency formed in 2006 to service Ford Motor Company's marketing services business. Prior to Wunderman, Tim has served as President & CEO of InterOne Marketing Group (formerly Ross Roy Communications) supporting all Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep marketing communications channels; Executive Vice President at Campbell-Ewald; Senior Vice President at BBDO Detroit directing Effie award-winning advertising campaigns for the Dodge; and 10 years at D'Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles (now Leo Burnett) working on brands such as Dow, FTD, Pontiac and Cadillac. Tim Copacia has also been recognized by Crain's Detroit Business as one of Detroit's "Top 40 business professionals under 40." He authored the book Truths in Advertising and is currently in the process of writing another book on creating the ultimate customer brand experience.


Steve Farr – Director of Business Intelligence
A leading strategy and analytics expert, Steve Farr comes to Outsell from Wunderman Team Detroit where he was responsible for leading the Analytics and Optimization practice. In this role, Farr led a team of over 100 marketing professionals, assisting his Ford, Lincoln and Mercury clients in developing and optimizing marketing strategies that drive superior, measurable results across direct and digital marketing channels. Prior to joining Wunderman, Steve was an Analytic Consultant for R.L Polk, where he developed data driven strategies for clients including Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, VW, Chrysler and Saturn. He has also served as Manager of Customer Strategy for Renaissance Credit Services, where his group developed the information-based targeting strategies for all customer communications; as a marketing and risk analyst for GE Capital Card Services in Cincinnati and as an International Market Analyst for Townsend & Bottum (a division of Black & Veatch, Inc.) in Ann Arbor, MI.


Brent Bissell – Director of Interactive Marketing
Brent brings extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Database Marketing Campaigns and Analysis, Research, and Consulting for a variety of clients in major B-to-C and B-to-B markets to Outsell. He has special expertise in relationship marketing, multi-channel response campaigns and competitive intelligence analysis. Prior to joining Outsell, Brent was Senior Director of Strategy for PUMP Relationship Technologies. Prior to PUMP, Brent was with Rapp Collins Worldwide, served as SVP General Manager of McCann Erickson Direct, VP Database Marketing North America for Carlson Marketing Group, SVP of Campbell Mithun Interactive & Direct, as well as other world-class advertising and direct marketing agencies. Brent has also served as a Finals Judge of the Direct Marketing Association's prestigious ECHO awards for eight years, and has been a keynote speaker and judged top direct marketing competitions in the US, Europe and Asia. Target Marketing Magazine named him "One of the top 200 Industry Luminaries" in a special issue.
