Mike Wethington – President and CEO
Mike Wethington has a proven track record of building profitable, high growth businesses. He is highly effective in identifying underserved market opportunities, developing compelling business models to serve the market needs and then executing repeatable processes to ensure revenue and profit growth. Mike has a breadth of industry experience ranging from start-ups and emerging growth companies to large multinational corporations in the automotive, banking, computer, financial services, insurance, retail, and telecommunications industries including Wal-Mart, Citicorp, State Farm and HSBC. In addition to leading Outsell, Mike is managing partner of SynetVentures, a Minneapolis-based venture capital firm focused on bringing proven business systems and a network of experienced professionals to take innovative business opportunities to the next level. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors of several emerging organizations and is a Regent of St. John's University.


Bart Greenwood - COO
Bart Greenwood has a breadth of expertise in developing business strategies and executing operational processes to create profitable, high growth organizations. Bart is a CPA and has held a variety of leadership positions in industries experiencing rapid change and consolidation. He was COO of Synet Service Corporation, an Information Technology professional services firm with an average growth rate of over 70% that was acquired for over $40 million in 2001. Under Bart's guidance, Synet was responsible for the engineering of major multi-channel customer interaction centers for companies including Pfizer, Allstate Insurance Company and HP (Compaq). Prior to joining Synet, Bart served as Vice President of Network Services and Vice President of IT Acquisitions at Wells Fargo/Norwest Corporation, a leading financial service organization. At Honeywell, Bart participated in acquisitions, strategic planning, and was CFO of a European-based venture company. Currently Bart is also a managing partner of SynetVentures.


Fred Senn - Founding Partner, Fallon Worldwide
Fred Senn is one of the founding partners of Fallon Worldwide, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. Founded in 1981, Fallon was twice named by Advertising Age as Agency of the Year. Known for their creativity, their client portfolio has included blue chip brands like BMW, Porsche, Holiday Inn, Sony, United Airlines, Citibank, Time Magazine, and the Wall Street Journal. In 2006, to mark the 25th anniversary of the firm they founded together, Fred teamed with his partner, Pat Fallon, to write "Juicing the Orange," a book about applied creativity to business problem-solving, published by Harvard Business School Press. Today, Fred's role is less involved with account management and more involved with talent development. In this capacity, he is the Chief Learning Officer, runs Fallon University, and guest lectures at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. Fred is also very involved in local business and nonprofit organizations, and has directed the successful advertising efforts of the Minnesota Business Partnership, the Minnesota Department of Tourism, as well as two gubernatorial campaigns. He is also involved as an adviser or board member to several national children's organizations.


Judson Bemis, Jr. - Vice President of New Business Development, The Hazelden Foundation
Judson Bemis, Jr. has a history of working with large companies such as Tandem, NCS, Tricord Systems, Hitachi, Computer Science Corporation (CSC) and others. In 1998, Judson lead the development of online chat applications that allowed customers to be directly connected to a company's customer or sales people. In 2000 he helped create the next in a series of products for e-commerce by bringing to market an artificial intelligence text recognition product. Judson is currently the Vice President of New Business development for the Hazelden Foundation and is working on expanding Hazelden's online business opportunities. Judson has served on the for profit boards of Teknowledgy, Inc. and Imaging Institute, Inc. and on non-profit boards of Theatre de la Jeune Lune, The Minnesota Orchestral Association, The Guthrie Theater Foundation and Theatre Communications Group (in NYC.)
